Feedback System

Feedback System: As part of the College’s quality initiative led by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), feedback on the curriculum is gathered annually from various stakeholders, including students, alumni, teachers, and employers. A dedicated Feedback Committee is responsible for creating a comprehensive questionnaire that includes 5-point rating scale questions covering curriculum and academic performance, campus environment, and overall satisfaction. The questionnaire is reviewed and updated each year to meet current needs before being finalized and approved by the IQAC. Data collection is then conducted using both offline methods and online platforms, such as Google Forms, to ensure broad participation from all stakeholders.

Feedback Analysis: The feedback collected from various stakeholders is thoroughly analysed by the IQAC. The overall feedback is consolidated, and specific insights related to the BHM program are identified. This detailed feedback is then communicated to the program coordinators to facilitate appropriate actions and improvements.

Action Plan: The BHM program team analyzes the collected feedback and implements various measures based on the insights received. These actions may involve recommendations for curriculum updates, enhancements in teaching methods, or improvements in infrastructure. An Action Taken Report is then compiled and submitted to the IQAC. The IQAC consolidates these reports and prepares a comprehensive institutional action taken report for the feedback of the respective year. This report is submitted to relevant authorities, including the university and the governing body.

The feedback analysis and the action taken report are shared with stakeholders through multiple channels, such as the college website, and notice boards.
