The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of St. Joseph's Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Palai, has been constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is committed to providing a safe, secure, and respectful working and learning environment for all students and employees.

Complaints related to sexual harassment or gender-based grievances can be submitted in writing to the Chairperson of the Internal Complaints Committee or sent via official email. All complaints will be handled with strict confidentiality and sensitivity.
