Fee Structure & Refund Policy
The fee structure and refund policy of St. Joseph’s Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology are framed and implemented strictly in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the affiliating University.
1. Fee Structure
The fee structure for the academic programmes is prescribed and approved as per AICTE regulations and University norms. Details of the programme-wise fee structure are notified to students at the time of admission.
Candidates are advised to remit the prescribed fees within the stipulated time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
2. Fee Refund Policy
Refund of fees shall be governed by the AICTE Fee Refund Policy, as amended from time to time. Refunds will be processed based on the date of cancellation of admission and as per the percentage prescribed by AICTE.
- Fee refund is applicable only upon submission of a formal request for cancellation of admission.
- The refund amount shall be calculated in accordance with AICTE norms.
- Any applicable processing charges shall be deducted as per AICTE guidelines.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment.
Note: The fee structure and refund policy are subject to revision as per notifications issued by AICTE, the affiliating University, and competent authorities from time to time.
