The SJIHMCT Fitness Club is dedicated to promoting physical fitness and well-being among students. We aim to raise awareness about the health benefits of regular exercise while providing a fully equipped multi-gym and professional training sessions.
What We Do
Gym Training
Our multi-gym is open every working day from 04:30 PM to 06:00 PM. A certified instructor is available to guide students through their workouts and help them achieve their fitness goals.
Fitness Competitions
The Fitness Club organizes annual gym competitions, where students can showcase their strength, endurance, and fitness levels. These events are designed to motivate and challenge students to stay active and healthy.
