The Connoisseur Club with the tagline ‘Gourmets Rendezvous’ is meant for the budding chefs of the BHM programme, to hone their skills in the Food Production department. The club provides an opportunity for students to experiment, learn, and enhance their culinary expertise.

The club also has a blog, the aim of which is to inculcate in young aspirants the ability to research and share knowledge at different levels of the food production repertoire.
