The Everest Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge Season 5 is set to showcase the vibrant “Flavours of India” at St. Joseph’s Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Choondacherry, Palai. Taking place on 24th Feb 2024, this culinary extravaganza is supported by prestigious entities like Incredible India – Ministry of Tourism, Worldchefs, Indian Culinary Forum, Western India Chefs’ Association (WICA), Chefs Association of Five Rivers, Varanasi Chefs Association, Culinary Forum of Goa, Telangana Chefs Association, and Hospitality Purchase Managers’ Forum (HPMF). The competition spans three rounds: Intra College, Semifinal (Region/State), and Final (National), with the Semifinal in Kottayam on the specified date. Team dynamics evolve from pairs in the initial rounds to individual competition in the national final. Participants in rounds two and three receive certificates, and each institute can field a maximum of four teams in the Semifinal.
